Bug ID: 251393
Summary: [UI-side compositing] ScrollbarsControllerMac
continues to make NSScrollerImp objects in the web
process
Product: WebKit
Version: WebKit Local Build
Hardware: Unspecified
OS: Unspecified
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P2
Component: Scrolling
Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
Reporter: simon.fraser at apple.com
CC: simon.fraser at apple.com
Having NSScrollerImp objects in the web process doesn't make sense (since they need CALayers to render). We need to refactor ScrollbarsController in a way that makes sense with UI-side compositing.
