I think I profiled the first load after a fresh start yes, but from what I can see right now it's pretty much just as slow on subsequent loads (if you close the tab, open a new tab, and try to load the same site again; even in normal non-private-window mode). Furthermore, it eats the CPU cores while doing so, even before the page starts displaying content.
