I just tried these steps with iOS16.4 beta and https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/peerconnection/pc1/.
I was not able to reproduce the issue.
Can you have a try?
If you can reproduce there, can you send me a sysdiagnose (youenn at apple.com).
