WIP patch

Another update:

Done:
 - Changed favicons to be enabled by default.
 - Fixed the favicons database unit test.
 - Added WebKitNetworkSession api test.
 - Ported WPE MiniBrowser

Todo:
 - Port cog
 - Update migrating-to-webkitgtk-6.0.md
