            Bug ID: 250935
Summary: CSS keyframes on color does not work
           Product: WebKit
           Version: Safari 16
          Hardware: Mac (Intel)
                OS: macOS 13
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Animations
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: sylvhama at gmail.com
CC: dino at apple.com, graouts at apple.com

I created a CSS animation via keyframes that is supposed to change the text color but it does not work since I upgraded to Ventura.
The browser will re-paint when selecting the text with your mouse.

How to reproduce: visit https://codepen.io/sylvhama/pen/zYLpyJd, compare with others browsers such as Chrome or Firefox. On Safari the color does not update.

I could reproduce on Safari 16.2 and Webkit 259167 at main (ventura).
