WIP patch

Updated patch. 

Done:
 - Ported most of the API tests.
 - Renamed webkit_network_session_set_network_proxy_settings() as webkit_network_session_set_proxy_settings()
 - Add WebKitNetworkSession to autocleanups
 - Fix webkit_network_session_download_uri()

Todo:
 - Move favicon database to WebKitWebsiteDataManager.
 - Enable TestCookieManager (I don't know why this is disabled)
 - Port WPE MiniBrowser
 - Port cog
