The screenshot of STP and Safari stable showing the same long comment on YouTube

On Safari 16.2 running on Ventura 13.1, the "read more" button for long comments on YouTube (test link:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PaXbKrRKmnk) is visible and functional. However, it's not the case for Safari Technology Preview 161. It seems that the CSS canvas element is ignored in this case for STP.
