The test is now reliably passing on macOS legacy WebKit, and skipped on WebKit2: https://results.webkit.org/?suite=layout-tests&test=editing%2Fselection%2Fmove-left-right.html. Takes ~10 seconds on debug.

It's not skipped on iOS WebKit2, but doesn't work:

+CONSOLE MESSAGE: TypeError: textInputController.selectedRange is not a function. (In 'textInputController.selectedRange()', 'textInputController.selectedRange' is undefined)

But that's not really the issue tracked here.
