Screen Recording on WebKit ToT

Hi Team,

While watching Youtube, one of sponsor was this mobile carrier and I stumbled upon website and noticed that it splashes 'black' on loading in Safari and I tried to reproduce it on Private Window / WebKit ToT, I noticed that the splash is only in 'Safari' and not in any other browser, so I thought to raise this bug.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Just load
2) Notice 'black' splash across whole viewport

Expected Result: Works like Chrome Canary 122 and Firefox Nightly 123 - without any splash.
