Bug#266329 started to use RemoteImageBufferSetProxy::flushFrontBufferAsync
only for flushing RemoteImageBuffer commands for Windows port.
This isn't an ideal solution.

Add a new method to RemoteRenderingBackendProxy to flush commands.
