Hi Team,

While exploring WPT browser specific failures, I noticed that this can lead to progressing 300 tests.

I have local patch and it progresses all failing (300 tests) and also fixes 'failing test' based on above Blink patch.

I haven't tested it on whole test suite but will do draft PR to see.
