Reproducible in Safari 17.2, Chrome Canary 122:

We get XML Error:

This page contains the following errors:

error on line 3 at column 27: xmlns: 'http://testæ±å­' is not a valid URI
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

While Firefox Nightly 122 render this fine.

Changing the status to 'New'.
