Hi All

When we call a WebCodec configuration function, Safari cannot open the camera on Safari 17.2 (Sonoma 14.2). We tested it thoroughly on the Ventura system. I believe it's a regression issue in Safari.

I have attached a demo. In the test.js file, you can find the WebCodec configuration function named IsSupportVideoEncodeHardwareAcceleration on line 33.

You can comment out the code on line 33 for testing.
