Cookie banner leaking through the fullscreen at the top.

Some of the page behind is showing through when in fullscreen, at the top of the phone conflicting with where the iOS notch/time/battery status is. See the attached screenshot.

iPhone 13 / iOS 17.2

With the Fullscreen API feature flag turned on:
1. Visit http://cookbook.tools.bbc.co.uk/news?player=smphtml5 and play.
2. In portrait, go fullscreen.
3. See something like the cookie banner or something not fullscreen appear at the top.
