run-api-tests --debug --no-build --iterations 20 WKWebExtensionAPIDeclarativeNetRequest.DynamicRules

Often the above command will fail due to the dynamic rules DB closing during unload, and rapidly loading again. We need to ensure the DB closes promptly.
