I'm testing with Windows port Debug build of 271825 at main.

1. Start WinCairo MiniBrowser
2. Go to https://trac.webkit.org/wiki
3. Repeat resizing the browser window to triger a whole window repainting repeatedly
4. Rendering artifact is observed. Some part of the window aren't painted.
