Testing on iOS 17.1.2 (21B101)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open bing.com
2. Search for "Tim Cook"
3. Scroll down and long press on a link

Expected results: The context menu opens.

Actual results: The context menu doesn't open. Instead, some text is selected in the link title. See the attached screen recording.

The issue doesn't occur every time. You may have to reload the page a number of times to reproduce.
