When I last looked at this imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/svg/animations/animate-path-animation-Cc-Ss.tentative.html suggests we might want to implement the d CSS property first. But probably someone more familiar with SVG should tackle this.

Folks also expressed a preference to put this behind a linked-on-or-after check for Apple platforms.
