REPRODUCIBILITY:

I was able to reproduce this bug on macOS Ventura (13.5, 22G74/arm64) ToT using the following command:

run-webkit-tests --verbose --iterations 50 --exit-after-n-failures 1 --clobber-old-results imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/webcodecs/videoFrame-canvasImageSource.html

REGRESSION:

I was unable to bisect a regression point, as this issue persists past the shown test results on the flakiness dashboard.
