media/modern-media-controls/scrubber-support/scrubber-support-media-api.html 
is a flaky timeout on iOS
when looking at the history, this always has been a flaky timeout on iOS

I have yet to successfully reproduce this timeout, but perhaps this test just needs a [ Slow ] expectation.
