This quirk was created to remove an issue with Bank of America website. See Bug 260082 (rdar://104938789)

This bug is here to remove the Quirk once the behavior is not exhibited anymore once the outreach effort would have been successful or the site has changed.


Steps to check if the Quirk is not needed:

1. With Safari on desktop
2. Disable Site Specific Hacks
3. Go to https://bankofamerica.com/
4. Enter incorrect credentials when logging into bankofamerica.com 
5. Click the back button to navigate to the previous page

Expected:
Normal page

Broken behavior
6. "Loading…" will appear until the page is being refreshed
