There have been some considerable process changes with how we manage release tags, and we're still working through that change.

It seems that you're most interested in Safari Technology Preview tags, I'm hoping to get those back-filled some time next week. In the mean time, STP 7616.1.8.2 branched from main at 262124 at main (and as is usually the case for STP, there isn't much between the branch point and the end of the branch, and anything extra is coming from main anyways)
