This needs immediate attention as seems others run into that problem as well: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/728137

It seems there is something wrong with the SameSite cookie handling since Safari 16.4. 
There are reports that not sending a SameSite attribute at all (not "None", but no attribute at all) seems to be a workaround for now.

I am pretty sure this is a bug in WebKit.
