I am able to reproduce this bug in WebKit ToT (262545 at main) using attached test case and it shows 'clipped' - 'Cell Here' on right and we cannot even read it.
As for Chrome Canary 114 and Firefox Nightly 113, they mach each other and show non-clipped cell with proper 'cell here' text in container on right side.
