Hi Team,

While going through Bug Reproduction and test case and while using Inspector, it seems that the rendering is broken in this and jiggles:

Bug - https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=199364

Open Inspector and see "Elements' and notice SVG opacity and class overlaps and gives strange text rendering.

Reproducible in Safari 16 and STP 148.
