Description:
 http/tests/security/xss-DENIED-xsl-external-entity.xml

This test was passing on iOS 15 and began to consistently fail when upgraded from iOS 15 (19E240) to iOS 16 (20A360).

Reproduction steps:
I can reproduce this on 254811 at main ToT.

Command: 
run-webkit-tests --iterations=50  --ios-simulator --release  http/tests/security/xss-DENIED-xsl-external-entity.xml
