Is a constant image failure on iOS and macOS ToT and since a re-sync at 253318 at main. I'm not certain if this test should be failing on purpose on IOS but it has been failing since introduced. The expectation is incorrectly set currently for iOS and GTK since the expectation set at 253318 at main is being overridden by previous expectations set when the test was introduced. It appears that it was passing on macOS up until the re-sync as well.

I will resolve the dual expectations issue and refer this to an engineer to verify if test is supposed to be failing.
