I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari Technology Preview 153, where the "two" and "three" don't have space with table-row and it matches with Chrome Canary 107, which marked the bug as "Unconfirmed", in case of Firefox Nightly 106, there is a space between "two," <SPACE> "three" similar to the screenshot.
