We don't have reproducible test case and as mentioned that the user is not able to click on dropdown-menus on bug-report form using which browser version or Webkit Nightly etc. - such information is also missing.

So I am going to mark this as "RESOLVED WONTFIX" due to lack of steps to follow and browsers version or reproducible test case.
