I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari Technology Preview 153 using attached tests (FAIL.html and FAIL-2.html) and using arrow keys, I am not able to move below "An SVG Element:" to paragraph after it and it is stuck on that while all other browsers (Chrome Canary 107 and Firefox Nightly 106) able to do it.

Changing status to "New". Please mark duplicate of if there is any other browser.
