All browsers differ in the attached test case:

*** Safari Technology Preview 153 ***

Just a single container with top and bottom thick (kind of overlapped) border

*** Chrome Canary 107 ***

Two containers with divided from center and top bottom is thick like overlapped and center as well.

*** Firefox Nightly 106 ***

Three containers and middle two are thick lines
