Description:
webanimations/accelerated-css-transition-with-easing-y-axis-above-1.html

This test was added at 228730 at main.  The test briefly consistently passed on BigSur.  The dashboard shows that most of the history with BigSur and Monterey has been flaky image failures.  

Reproduction steps:
I can reproduce this on 254199 at main ToT with Monterey wk2 Release.

Command: 
run-webkit-tests --root /Volumes/Data/Builds/macOS/Star/Production/releaseBuild254199 at main --exit-after-n-failures 1 --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts 1 --details --debug-rwt-logging --pixel-tests --iterations 2000 -f --no-retry webanimations/accelerated-css-transition-with-easing-y-axis-above-1.html

Result: 
Unexpected flakiness: image-only failures (1)
  webanimations/accelerated-css-transition-with-easing-y-axis-above-1.html [ ImageOnlyFailure Pass ]
