I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari Technical Preview 152 using attached test case where the slider remains active and on mouse hover, it moves. While in case of other browsers (Chrome Canary 107 and Firefox Nightly 106), the slider need to be focused / clicked to activate and then moved to slide and as soon as your focus it away, it does not behave on mouse movement like Safari. Thanks!
