I am not able to reproduce this issue using Safari Technology Preview 152 and Image does load up in the center and you have huge scrollbar for vertical and horizontal but it is same in all other browsers (Chrome Canary 107 and Firefox Nightly 106) as well and all browsers agree.

I am going to mark this as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED". Thanks!
