Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Web Inspector
2. Open the Elements Tab
3. Select an element
4. Change its styles, for example, border: 1px solid red;
5. Head to the changes tab in the right column.

Expected:
Have a feature to copy the CSS in a way that shows the changes.

Actual:
We can select the code but it will copy all the properties indifferently.
