Since 255081 at main `libwpe` and `libwpebackend-fdo` are neededed to build WebKitGTK with default settings.

The Ubuntu LTS bot has been failing since 255081 at main since these libraries are not installed in the bot. They are neither listed in `Tools/gtk/dependencies/apt`.
