Initial reproduction steps. 

When trying to watch a video on webmd.com in full screen on an iPhone, the video enters full-screen mode and then immediately exits full-screen mode, and stops playing the video as a result. 

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Launch Safari
2. Access webmd.com
3. Access a page on webmd with a video, such as https://www.webmd.com/coronavirus-in-context/video/anthony-fauci
4. Tap the play button to play the video
5. Tap the fullscreen icon in the bottom right of the video

Results:
Video will fullscreen for a second, then exit back out of full screen and stop playing.



Disabling Site Specific Hacks on an iOS device, and trying to reproduce.
It doesn't reproduce on https://www.webmd.com/coronavirus-in-context/video/anthony-fauci
and it doesn't reproduce on https://player.akamai.com/demos/
and it doesn't reproduce on https://foxnews.com/
example https://www.foxnews.com/lifestyle/viral-video-chimpanzee-mom-holds-newborn-baby-first-time-2-day-separation#spark_wn=1
