Voiceover is identifying the first cell in the Table as both column header and row header which is a column header alone. The issue is not observed with other column headers in the Table. I am able to reproduce the issue in both HTML and ARIA Tables. 
Steps to reproduce :
1. Turn on Voiceover
2. Open any  of the below given URL and navigate to the Table 
3. Navigate to the first cell of the Table and observe Voiceover identifies the cell as both column and row headers
