All browsers (Safari 16.1, Chrome Canary 110 and Firefox Nightly 109) fail attached test case "minimal test case" and does not allow you to select text as selection to perform any copy paste action.

Since all browsers are in consensus, do we need to do anything or we can mark it as "RESOLVED WONTFIX"? Thanks!

Same is with "css content example", where the headings are not selectable although Safari 16.1 do show selection for Heading 2 and Heading 3 but it does not copy stuff. Thanks!
