Summary:
[MacOS] WebRTC call is not automatically muted when User starts talking with Siri in the middle of the call

Tested devices:
Bug is reproducible on:
- MacBook Pro (M1, 2020, MacOS Ventura 13.0.1) with Google Chrome (V107.0.5304.87)
- MacBook Pro (Intel, MacOS Monterey 12.6.1) with Safari (V16.1 (17614.2.9.1.13, 17614))
- MacBook Pro (Intel, MacOS Monterey 12.6.1) with Google Chrome (V107.0.5304.110)

Use case:
Precondition:
Users are in an active WebRTC call

Steps:
1. Mac User starts using Siri by giving a command

Actual result:
WebRTC call is not automatically muted when User starts talking with Siri in the middle of the call:
- Other User can either hear the other User giving a command or both given command and Siri's response

Expected result:
WebRTC call is automatically muted when User starts talking with Siri in the middle of the call:
Other user can't hear when User is using Siri

Reproducibility:
100%

Additional information:
- Sysdiagnostics file added (reproduced at 17:24 pm, 14.11.2022., EET time zone):

- Bug is not reproducible on iOS devices, except iPhone 14 (https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=246333).
- Bug is not reproducible on MacBook using FaceTime application, but is reproducible if we use FaceTime group link on browser.
