The logs shows underrun warnings in the audio sink... Do you use Pipewire? 
 native PulseAudio? What is your GStreamer version?

I already commented in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=245850 (why is there 2 bug reports?) that I can't reproduce this issue in Ephy TP. Can you?
