Summary:
[iOS] User is not able to play a song/video in Youtube that is opened in new browser tab while User in an active WebRTC call on another tab (the video is paused each time we tried starting it)

Bug is reproducible with Safari and Google Chrome on:
- iPhone 11 | iOS 16.0.2
- iPhone 13 | iOS 16.1
- iPhone 11 Pro Max | iOS 16.2 Beta

Bug is not reproducible with Safari on:
- iPhone 13 | iOS 15.7.1, build: 19H115

Use case:
Preconditions:
Safari/Google Chrome browser opened
User is in an active WebRTC call

Steps:
1. User opens Youtube on a new tab on Safari/Google Chrome
2. User tries to play a song/video

If we go back to the tab where we have an active WebRTC call and stop it => open again new tab with Youtube, then we are able listen music/watch video

Expected result:
User is able to play a song/video in Youtube while in active WebRTC call

Reproducibility:
