That's right, we're now using gi-docgen and we _want_ to make sure
it keeps working with GTK4 builds. On the other hand, we never made
any effort to make gtk-doc work when configuring the build for GTK4.

Tomasz: I am afraid you will need to use -DENABLE_GTKDOC=OFF in
combination with -DUSE_GTK4=ON -- sorry about the inconvenience.
