            Bug ID: 238049
Summary: Add Support for Web Bluetooth in iOS Webkit
           Product: WebKit
           Version: WebKit Nightly Build
          Hardware: Unspecified
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Platform
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: silviapfeiffer1 at gmail.com

We're a telehealth software platform and are using WebRTC to set up video calls between patients and clinicians.
Recently, we've had a lot of requests by customers to include the reading of Bluetooth enabled medical devices into a live video call.
This includes pulse oximeters, blood pressure cuffs, thermometers and more.

We're able to support this use case on desktop computers and on Android devices as the Web browsers available on these platforms support Web Bluetooth.

This is not the case for Safari on iOS and we've had to instead ask customers to install other browser such as Bluefy to support devices.

It would be great for patients everywhere if Webkit on iOS could support this use case.
