QtWebkit builds are not produced and NPAPI plugins are also gone. I think this can be marked as "RESOLVED WONTFIX". Thanks!

NOTE - there are references in Webkit Legacy about "PluginView.cpp" file, which this patch was trying to modify but PluginView.cpp does not exist in source on Webkit (unless if I am testing it completely wrong). Thanks!
