I am not clear on the web-spec here since on the below linked test:

https://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/Test/20110816/harness/htmlObject/text-tref-02-b.html

I am getting just "Hello" in Green text in Safari 15.5 and Safari TP 148 on macOS 12.4 but all other browsers (Chrome Canary 105 and Firefox Nightly 104) does not render any text at all (not even HELLO).

Is web-spec changed and Webkit now have to align to new behavior or it is something to be fixed?
