Safari 15.5 matches other browsers
I am unable to reproduce this bug based on attached test case in Comment 01 using Safari 15.5 on macOS 12.4.
It matches with other browsers as shown in the attached screenshot. I think this was resolved along the way and can now be marked as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED". Thanks!
Further - based on Comment 01, I changed the reduction into following JSFiddle:
