I am not able to get expected result from the test case in Safari 15.5 on macOS 12.4 but it is matching with all other browsers (Chrome Canary 105 and Firefox Nightly 103).

Was it due to web-spec change? Or it is legit bug? If it is former, can this be considered for "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED" status? Thanks!
