I am not sure whether this bug is happening in the wild or not but following line change is still not implement 1:1 in the Webkit source (from Github mirror):

Whether it will fix or align with other browser. At least Chrome / Blink is matching with Webkit:

I am not able to find relevant in Mozilla source code (dxr.mozilla.org). Thanks!
