Safari 15.5 differs from other browsers

I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari 15.5 on macOS 12.4. Other browsers behave similar as seen in attached screenshot.

I find something related in Chrome bug (but not directly - since in Chrome bug test case, Safari is working fine).
